I was commissioned by News Straits Times to do an editorial shoot of a Fine Dining Restaurant on Tuesday. Saffron is situated in One Bangsar and is a Fine Dining Restaurant specialising in Mediterranean Cuisines.

Chuletas De Cordero - Grilled lamb cutlets with garlic mayonnaise
Champinones Al Ajillo - Sauteed butter mushrooms in olive oil with garlic, parsely and butter
Berenjenas Al Andalusian - Eggplant cooked in spicy ‘Andalusian’ sauce

Arabic Mixed Grilled Platter - Shish kebab, shish taouk, kofta kebab and lamb cutlets served with oriental rice and garlic mayonnaise

Cod with Pimientos - Pan fried Cod Fish with zucchini, carrot and asparagus served with roasted pimientos sauce and leeks

Moroccan Harira - With vegetables, beans and pulses

Moroccan Lamb Shank - Braised lamb shank served with garlic mashed potato, grilled jumbo asparagus and kalamata olive

Seems to forget what is this..but damn yummy!!
